Description

Le XISHAN RF Electrosurgical Unit (RF-CHA-S1) is a high-frequency radiofrequency surgical platform engineered specifically for full-endoscopic spine surgery (PELD / PETD / PEID / UBE), neurosurgery, and delicate minimally invasive tissue management. Operating at 4.0 MHz (Monopolar) and 1.7 MHz (Bipolar) megahertz frequencies, it delivers micro-controlled cellular vaporization and instant low-voltage hemostasis with minimal lateral thermal diffusion.

Featuring 5 selectable operative energy modes and intelligent probe recognition, the RF-CHA-S1 empowers spine surgeons to perform safe annulus fibrosus modulation (annuloplasty), nucleus pulposus ablation (nucleoplasty), ligamentum flavum shrinkage, and epidural venous plexus hemostasis directly adjacent to the dural sac and exiting nerve roots.

Spinal Instrument & Electrode Compatibility

  • Spinal Endoscope Channel Access: Seamlessly accommodates 1.8mm and 2.5mm radiofrequency electrodes through standard 2.8mm–4.3mm operative spinal endoscope channels (e.g., XISHAN EDS-ART-SPINE).
  • Articulating & Steerable Probes: Supports bendable and straight electrodes (260mm / 360mm) for navigating around the ventral dural margin and intervertebral foramina.
  • Sub-Millimeter Thermal Margin: Ultra-fine low-temperature sparkless coagulation prevents thermal radiculopathy and protects the spinal cord.
