Description

Le XISHAN PLA Electrosurgical Unit (PLA-CHA-ES1) is a state-of-the-art low-temperature plasma surgical console designed for minimally invasive ENT (ear, nose, and throat) procedures, as well as sports medicine and arthroscopic soft tissue management. Utilizing 100 kHz high-frequency energy to excite 0.9% normal saline into an active plasma vapor layer, it breaks organic molecular bonds at low operative temperatures (40°C–70°C).

This volumetric molecular dissolution mechanism achieves precise tissue vaporization, controlled ablation, and rapid contact hemostasis with a minimal thermal penetration depth (<0.1 mm), significantly reducing intraoperative bleeding, minimizing collateral mucosal necrosis, and drastically relieving post-operative patient pain.

Intelligent Electrode Recognition

Automatically detects connected ENT and arthroscopic plasma probes via smart RFID chip, auto-loading optimized default vaporization and coagulation energy levels.

Distinguishable Acoustic Feedback

Distinct tone frequencies clearly differentiate between ablation and coagulation outputs, preventing accidental pedal activation during delicate operations.

Synchronized Fluid & Smoke Evacuation

Integrated saline flow management and large-bore suction channel maintain continuous tip cooling, clear endoscopic visualization, and clog-free field drainage.

Dual Operative Modes

  • Vaporization / Ablation Mode (1–10 Levels): Up to 350W output power for rapid volumetric soft tissue debulking, channel creation, and precise surgical contouring.
  • Coagulation / Hemostasis Mode (1–10 Levels): Up to 49W output power for instant thermal contraction of micro-vessels and localized capillary sealing.
  • IPX8 Waterproof Dual Footswitch: Ergonomic heavy-duty foot controller with dedicated yellow (ablation) and blue (coagulation) pedals with tactile non-slip tread.
