Description

The XISHAN PLA-CHA-OS1 Arthro Plasma Surgical Device is a specialized low-temperature electrosurgical ablation console engineered for sports medicine and arthroscopic joint procedures. Powered by a 100 kHz high-frequency excitation field operating in normal saline (0.9% NaCl), it generates a localized low-temperature plasma field (40°C–70°C) to perform precise tissue dissolution, articular cartilage sculpting, and rapid coagulation.

Compared with conventional radiofrequency (RF) and mechanical shavers, the PLA-CHA-OS1 provides superior tissue edge sealing and chondrocyte preservation with sub-millimeter thermal penetration (<0.1 mm), avoiding collateral chondral necrosis and speeding up joint mobility recovery.

Chondral-Sparing Low-Temp Ablation

Operates at 40°C–70°C, maintaining molecular-level tissue vaporizing while preventing thermal chondrocyte necrosis on sensitive articular surfaces.

Smart Impedance & Scope Protection

Integrated dynamic impedance sensing automatically interrupts power output if the probe touches metal instruments or the arthroscope sheath, eliminating arcing damage.

High-Flow Joint Suction Management

Expanded aspiration bore ensures continuous removal of ablated gas bubbles, debris, and saline, maintaining an unobstructed, crystal-clear 4K arthroscopic field.

Deep-Joint & Hip Reach Capability

Optimized to drive standard (135 mm) and extended-reach (160 mm) orthopedic electrodes for narrow joint spaces, femoroacetabular impingement (FAI), and spine endoscopy.

Dual Operative Modes & Control

  • Ablation / Vaporization (1–10 Levels): Max 350W power output for rapid synovial debridement, subacromial bursectomy, and meniscus edge contouring.
  • Coagulation / Hemostasis (1–10 Levels): Max 49W power output for instant vascular sealing and ligament shrinkage without deep heat spread.
  • IPX8 Dual-Pedal Footswitch: Heavy-duty, non-slip waterproof footswitch with distinct tone cues for cut vs. coagulation activation.

Clinical Indications & Joint Applications

  • Shoulder Arthroscopy: Rotator cuff debridement, subacromial decompression, labral repair, and biceps tenotomy.
  • Knee Arthroscopy: Meniscectomy, anterior/posterior cruciate ligament (ACL/PCL) stump debridement, synovectomy, and lateral retinacular release.
  • Hip Arthroscopy: Labrum trimming, acetabular rim recession, and femoroacetabular impingement (FAI) soft tissue clearance.
  • Small Joint & Spine: Wrist triangular fibrocartilage complex (TFCC) debridement, ankle arthroscopy, and endoscopic spine disc modulation.
