The XISHAN Total Solution for Joint & Sports Medicine is a specialized arthroscopic surgical platform uniting high-speed mechanical tissue debridement (DK-O-MCS), low-temperature coblation plasma ablation (PLA-CHA-OS1), and high-definition sapphire rigid arthroscopes (EDS-ARTHROSCOPE). Purpose-built for knee, shoulder, hip, and small joint arthroscopy, it delivers a fluid-synchronized operative environment for cartilage restoration, ligament reconstruction, and synovial resection.

This clinical triad creates seamless operational synergy: high-torque shaver oscillation clears dense hypertrophic tissue and meniscus remnants with continuous suction; low-temperature plasma wands (40°C–70°C) achieve bloodless cartilage contouring and capsule shrinkage without thermal necrosis; and scratch-resistant sapphire arthroscopes maintain crystal-clear visualization under continuous fluid distension.
