Der XISHAN Ultrasonic Bone Scalpel System (UT-C-S1) is an advanced ultrasonic surgical platform engineered for high-precision osteotomy, spinal canal decompression, and skull base bone removal. Generating 24,500 to 25,000 longitudinal micro-vibrations per second (24.5–25 kHz) with micro-meter amplitude, it cuts rigid mineralized bone with exceptional efficiency while sparing adjacent elastic soft tissues, dura mater, nerve roots, and major vessels.

Unlike conventional high-speed rotary burs and oscillating saws, the UT-C-S1 produces zero rotational grabbing force and requires no aggressive downward pressure, eliminating soft tissue wrapping, dural laceration, and particulate bone spray.
