The DK-O-MCS Sports Medicine Power Console is a dedicated arthroscopic surgical power platform engineered for minimally invasive joint surgery, including knee, shoulder, hip, and small joint procedures. Driven by high-torque brushless DC motors, it delivers stable, dynamic power for both high-efficiency joint shaver handpieces and precision bone preparation burs.

Engineered for rapid soft tissue resection and smooth bone contouring, the DK-O-MCS maintains constant cutting efficiency under dense cartilage and fibrous tissue loads, featuring multi-directional blade rotation, rapid suction clearing, and low vibration to minimize surgeon fatigue.

Smart Console UI & Auto-Recognition

Digital touch interface automatically identifies connected shaver handpieces and blade models, adjusting default speed and torque limits instantly.

Non-Clogging Suction Integration

Direct negative-pressure suction channel with an ergonomic flow control lever on the handpiece to prevent surgical debris accumulation.

Dual Control Flexibility

Intraoperative control via ergonomic 3-button handpiece switches (speed, mode, on/off) or a waterproof multi-function foot switch pedal.

Compatible Handpiece Modules

1. Arthroscopy Shaver Handpiece (PSB2 Series)
  • Shaver Mode (Oscillating): 2,000 – 6,000 RPM for aggressive soft tissue debridement and meniscus resection without tissue wrapping.
  • Bur Mode (Continuous): 6,000 – 12,000 RPM for subacromial decompression, notchplasty, and bone bed preparation.
  • Multi-Directional Blade Indexing: Shaver blades can be locked in multiple rotational orientations to suit varied arthroscopic portals.
  • Sterilization: Fully sealed and autoclavable at 134°C.
2. High-Speed Micro Drill & Bur Handpieces
  • High-Speed Drilling: Up to 40,000 / 80,000 RPM for precise suture anchor pilot hole drilling and bone bed decortication.
  • Thermal Safety: Smooth, chatter-free rotation preventing thermal necrosis in articular bone.

Consumable Compatibility

  • Arthroscopic Shaver Blades (GPD Series): Full-radius resector, aggressive meniscus cutter, double-edged serrated blades in 3.6 mm, 4.0 mm, 5.0 mm, and 5.5 mm diameters (130 mm working length).
  • Arthroscopy Burs: Oval, round, and barrel-shaped diamond/carbide burs for acromioplasty, femoroacetabular impingement (FAI), and intercondylar notchplasty.
  • Tubing & Accessories: Single-use sterile suction tubing sets and inflow/outflow irrigation kits.
