O DK-O-MVS Heavy-Duty Orthopedic Power System is a high-torque, multifunctional surgical power platform designed for joint replacement (TKA/THA), orthopedic trauma, spine surgery, and large bone reconstruction. Powered by advanced hollow-shaft brushless DC motors, it delivers robust and steady power for heavy-duty bone sawing, high-torque reaming, cannulated drilling, and precision micro-motor attachments.

Engineered for dense cortical bone resection and prolonged orthopedic procedures, the DK-O-MVS delivers up to 200W power output with consistent torque stability under heavy loads, minimal vibration, low noise, and effective thermal control to minimize bone osteonecrosis.

Universal quick-connect coupling allows rapid intraoperative switching between sagittal saws, drills, reamers, and micro-motors.

Precision balanced transmission reduces handpiece vibration and cutting-edge thermal rise, protecting bone viability and surgeon endurance.

1. Large Bone Power Handpiece (GSJ1 Series / 200W Hollow-Shaft)
  • Hollow-Shaft Design: Supports cannulated passage of Kirschner wires and intramedullary guide pins.
  • Max. Motor Speed: Up to 30,000 RPM high-speed base drive with stepless variable speed control.
  • Sterilization: Fully sealed and autoclavable at 134°C.
2. Orthopedic Saw Attachments (Sagittal, Sheathed & Reciprocating)
  • Sagittal Saw (JJT1 Series): Up to 15,000 CPM for standard total knee/hip arthroplasty bone cuts and osteotomies.
  • Sheathed Sagittal Saw (JJT4 Series): Patented sheathed guide blade design reducing bone vibration and tissue trauma, ideal for robotic-assisted bone cutting.
  • Reciprocating & Sternum Saw (JJT2 / JJTH1 Series): Up to 15,000 CPM for trauma osteotomy and sternotomy procedures.
3. Cannulated Drill, Reamer & High-Speed Micromotors
  • Cannulated Drill Chuck (ZJT14 Series): 300 – 1,500 RPM high-torque bone drilling (clamping range φ0.5 – 6.5 mm).
  • K-Wire / Pin Chuck (ZJT8 Series): Quick insertion and fixation of K-wires and Steinmann pins.
  • High-Speed Spine/Micro-Motors: Supports high-speed spinal bur handpieces up to 80,000 RPM for spine and small-bone surgery.

Consumable Compatibility

  • Sagittal Saw Blades (BJP Series): Standard and heavy-duty saw blades in various widths, thicknesses, and teeth geometries for joint arthroplasty.
  • Sheathed Saw Blades (BJPH Series): Low-vibration sheathed blades for high-accuracy knee resection.
  • Reciprocating Saw Blades (WJP Series): Flexible and rigid reciprocating blades for deep pelvic and thoracic access.
  • Drill Bits & Burs: Twist drills, cannulated drill bits, and spinal diamond/carbide burs.
