El XISHAN Transforaminal Spinal Endoscope Series (EDS-ART-SPINE) is a specialized, large-channel operative endoscope engineered specifically for Percutaneous Endoscopic Lumbar Discectomy (PELD), Transforaminal / Interlaminar approaches (PETD / PEID), and Unilateral Biportal Endoscopy (UBE).
Combining high-resolution 30° wide-angle optics with an integrated large instrument working channel and dual continuous irrigation fluid paths, it allows spine surgeons to perform bone foraminoplasty, ligamentum flavum resection, and herniated disc fragmentectomy under crystal-clear direct endoscopic visualization while protecting the exiting nerve root and dural sac.

30° Panoramic Spinal Field
30° directional viewing angle provides an expanded field of view around the ventral dural margin, intervertebral disc space, and lateral recess.

- High-Speed Articulating Spine Burs: Fully compatible with XISHAN bendable spinal burs (0–36° stepless bending) for precision foraminoplasty and osteophyte grinding.
- Spinal RF Plasma Electrodes: Fits low-temperature plasma probes for instant hemostasis, tissue ablation, and annulus fibrosus modulation.
- Endoscopic Spine Instruments: Accommodates grasping forceps, flexible punches, disc rongeurs, nerve hooks, and radio-opaque trephines.
